Warranty Disputes

Warranties given in the due diligence process on a transaction in shares of a private limited company will be important both to the buyer and the seller of the shares.
Any rights will arise from factual circumstances, and therefore as soon as there is any indication that something may be amiss a careful analysis of the facts relating to any warranty in question is best undertaken at an early stage.
We protect the rights of our clients under warranties given on share purchase, whether those rights arise from cynical or careless warranties given by the seller or spurious claims about breach made by the buyer.

For more information our litigations Simon Daw and Tom Silverwood-Cope would be happy to discuss any problem.
