Cost £30

Our fee to submit a document to the Legalisation Office of the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) for legalisation with an Apostille is £30 plus VAT. Our fee to submit two to four documents to the Legalisation Office of the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) for legalisation is £50 plus VAT. For each additional document, the fee is £10 plus VAT. We will be happy to give a quote for regular bulk orders

In addition the Legalisation Office of the Foreign & Commonwealth Office currently charge for legalisation/apostille £30 per document.

We are able to return the document to you, duly legalised with an apostille, in the following ways:-

Ordinary postage	No charge
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery up to 100g	£1.50 plus VAT
Royal Mail Special Delivery up to 100g (by 1.00pm)	£6.00 plus VAT
Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery up to 100g	£10.00 plus VAT
Royal Mail International Airsure up to 100g (limited destinations)	£12.00 plus VAT
Courier (UPS Fed Ex etc)	£70.00 plus VAT

Procedure

Simply send to us (to the address given below) the document ready for legalisation apostille with a covering letter providing details of your specific instructions (ie. whether you wish to have original documents, or copies, legalised apostille) the means by which and the full address to which the document is to be returned. You will need to send to us the original document in any event. For identification purposes we will also require a photocopy of your passport or driving licence showing a photograph, and a copy of a bank statement or utility bill (not more than 3 months old) showing your current full address.

Payment of fees can be made by cheque drawn on a UK bank account and made payable to "Heald Solicitors". We are also able to accept payment by direct bank transfer into our firm's bank account and will be able to provide details for this purpose on request. Payment can also be made by debit or credit card (there is a small additional charge for payments made by credit card). Once legalisationjapostille has been completed (usually 24 hours from receipt) the document will be returned to the address specified by you.
