Emma OldershawChartered Legal ExecutiveResidential
I have worked in residential property for nearly 20 years and in that time I have done everything from straightforward freehold sales, to site assembly work for developers and reconstructing unregistered titles where deeds have been lost.
I believe that quality of work, not quantity, ensures a better experience for both client and lawyer. I am very down-to-earth, providing practical and honest advice with a pinch of humour thrown in! I am here to reassure, support, and ultimately get clients moved!
“I don’t think this would have happened if you hadn’t taken the helm, thank you for all your hard work.” A Previous client

It’s not all about work
In my spare time I am writing a novel, having completed a creative writing course during the pandemic. I am also studying counselling and hypnotherapy.
I enjoy spending time with my young daughter, attending musical theatre shows, reading and walking in the countryside around my home.
