Oliver assists clients across our Litigation and Corporate/Commercial departments throughout their disputes and helps them to achieve their objectives.
He is known for being able to empathise with clients who find themselves in difficult financial and/or emotional situations.
His calm and approachable demeanour partly comes from his experiences as a volunteer working at his local Citizens Advice Bureau.

Some examples of Oliver’s work
- Oliver has obtained decisions from the Financial Ombudsman in complex cases where his clients had been mis-sold investments.
- Oliver is experienced in negotiating with banking institutions to achieve satisfactory compensation for his clients.
Oliver’s Qualifications
- Oliver has a law degree and master of laws postgraduate degree, both from the University of Southampton.
- Oliver completed the Legal Practice Course in 2020 from University Cambridge, receiving a distinction.
It’s not all about work
Oliver is a keen rugby player and currently plays for Milton Keynes Rugby Club which he has been associated with since he was 8 years old. He also enjoys playing and watching cricket and learning about historical events.
