Head of Private Client Department
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is already a head of department or is looking for the next step in their career. Heald has a large portfolio of business-owning clients and HNW private clients who need care and skill to advise and look after.
To manage your own case load of wills, trusts and probate cases along with the development of the department.
To manage and grow the department, working with the marketing team to meet targets and to report to the partners as to the progress.
Experience & Requirements
- Core wills and probate work
- Estate planning
- Exit planning for owner-managed businesses
The candidate must be of high calibre intellectually, personable, a team player, able to use modern technology and driven by the desire to deliver service of the highest quality.
The Solicitor should have at least 10 years PQE and preferably be STEP qualified.

OTE above £60k with target based bonus scheme.
