Real Estate Secretary or Paralegal

With a growing client base in the Real Estate department, Heald is looking for an experienced Real Estate Secretary or Paralegal. Heald Solicitors is a law firm committed to delivering exceptional services across all our legal disciplines.


Job Summary

Working as part of a team to support the fee earners across our growing client base.


Key Responsibilities

You will be required to provide secretarial support as part of a team to assist the fee earners with day to day work, to include, dictation, telephone calls, photocopying, scanning, drafting completion statements, Land Registry forms, SDLT Forms and AP1s.


Experience & Requirements

The candidate must have Real Estate experience who can pick up work and run with it.


Candidate Attributes

We are looking for a team player with excellent communication and customer service skills.



Based in our Milton Keynes office.
