Fixed Fee DivorceReducing the stress
Fixed Fee Divorce
Divorces can be tiresome even if they are uncontested. We aim to reduce the stress of a divorce by offering a fixed fee option for uncontested divorces.
Fixed fee divorces are suitable when both parties agree and accept that the marriage has broken down irretrievably.
Dealing with your financial matters goes hand-in-hand with the divorce, although reaching a financial settlement is often more complicated than the divorce itself. We aim to offer constructive assistance with regard to your financial matters and balance our advice on the basis of what you are trying to achieve and what the court is likely to order.
You will be given an estimate of costs at the outset to enable you to plan ahead and ensure that the costs incurred are proportionate to the value of your matrimonial assets. We try to settle matters amicably wherever possible, but we do recognise the need to be assertive and proactive in cases where the approach of the other side is likely to prejudice the chances of a fair outcome for both parties.
The Fixed Fee Divorce Process
In most cases, if you can provide us with all of the relevant information and you are available via telephone and email we will able to carry out the entire divorce process without having to meet you for a face to face consultation. We will only need to see you briefly in order to verify your identification. If it is not possible for you to come into the office, we will explain the procedures that need to be carried out in order to verify your identification.
Before any work has been agreed we will complete a conflict of interest check to ensure there is no conflict. You can start the process by completing our online form below. The quicker you are in providing us with the information requested, the more likely it is that we can help you in an efficient and productive manner. Once we have verified your identity we will normally be in touch within 48 hours to arrange a telephone consultation.
The purpose of the initial telephone consultation is to give you an idea of what your options are and allow you to reflect on the choices which you have.
