I strive to provide a personal friendly service and like to be available to ease concerns when clients unfamiliar with the process (most likely elderly or first time buyers) require additional support, taking some of the stress where possible.
Buying a property can be a very stressful experience for clients and I feel keeping them informed of developments and regularly updated is key to providing a good service. Rachel Bates

- I have experience working in Residential Conveyancing for the last 9 years.
- I have a background in Accounts and have an eye for detail.
It’s not all about work
I have five grandchildren and enjoy spending time taking them to various activities.
I enjoy attending live music events and going to the theatre. I also like getting out for walks and particularly I enjoy getting down to the south coast for a weekend with my family to take in the sea air.
