Abi takes pride in building strong relationships with her clients, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and comfortable throughout every stage of their transaction. Her strong sense of fairness and dedication to helping others are at the heart of her approach. 

Before commencing her first seat in Residential Conveyancing, Abi gained valuable experience in both our Litigation and Private Client departments. This diverse background has provided her with a broad understanding of different areas of law, allowing her to approach matters with a well-rounded perspective and a keen eye for detail.

Some examples of Abigail’s work

  • Conducting detailed legal research on complex APP fraud matters, analysing case law and legislation to assess the merits of a potential claim and identify possible avenues for recovery.
  • Dealing with residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion, including reviewing contract documentation, raising enquiries, and liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders to help ensure smooth progress.
  • Supporting probate matters by preparing legal documents, reviewing estate information and assisting with the administration of estates, developing a strong appreciation for the importance of accuracy and client care in sensitive matters.

  • Law LLB at the University of Essex.
  • LPC and Master’s Degree at the University of Law.

Abigail enjoys socialising with friends, going to the gym, and looking after her horse and dog.
