Asha is a Commercial Property Solicitor who advises clients on acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, refinancing transactions and option agreements.
Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2023, Asha has worked with a variety of clients, providing practical and straightforward advice to help them achieve their commercial objectives. She takes a collaborative approach to her work and is committed to building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

- Acted on a £2.7 million acquisition, advising on all aspects of the transaction through to completion.
- Acted for charities in the negotiation and completion of commercial leases to support the expansion of their property portfolios.
- Advised parish councils on lease transactions and first registrations of land.
- Acted on lease transactions incorporating option agreements to purchase, advising clients on both their immediate occupational requirements and future acquisition opportunities.
- Advised on refinancing transactions and associated security documentation.

It’s not all about work
Outside of work, Asha enjoys learning new skills and taking on practical challenges. She recently renovated a repossessed property, combining her interest in property with a passion for problem-solving and DIY projects. She also enjoys travelling and exploring new places, particularly learning about the history and culture behind the places she visits.
