Having worked in both Real Estate law and the education sector since 2001, Amy places the importance of understanding clients’ needs, objectives and unique circumstances at the forefront of her advice. Amy’s approach is to tailor her advice according to the client’s individual requirements and long-term intentions. Thinking outside the box and adding value is of paramount importance to the advice she gives.

- Amy has acted for a range of clients in connection with the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold Commercial Property transactions as well as all ancillary matters such as Rent Deposit Deeds, Assignments, Licences, Assignments and Sub-lettings. Amy has assisted on land and development work for clients in the acquisition of sites for multi-purpose uses.

It’s not all about work
Outside of work, Amy spends her time keeping fit running around after her two energetic boys. Amy enjoys reading, going to the theatre and finding a good drama on the television.
