Roger does not deal directly with clients but his work is invaluable to the entire Heald Solicitors team as he is our in-house researcher for legal technical issues and keeping abreast of the constant changes in the law. Roger has thirty-five years’ experience researching many different aspects of law including property law, company and commercial law (including data protection, intellectual property rights and competition and sale of goods law), employment law and Wills and trusts.
He provides detailed technical advice to the team with speed and accuracy, circulating information and writing notes on recent developments in the law which we use in our blogs and marketing.
Roger’s Qualifications
- Roger has a Business Law degree from Lanchester Polytechnic, now known as Coventry University.
It’s not all about work
Roger loves classical music and has made a substantial contribution to the wealth of musician Daniel Barenboim over the years through purchasing many hundreds of his recordings. He also enjoys reading history and biographies and is seriously into politics. Roger is a born lawyer and needs little encouragement to play Devil’s Advocate in almost any argument.
