Shrove Tuesday Pancake Competition

To celebrate Shrove Tuesday, our team took a well-earned break from our busy legal work and enjoyed some friendly rivalry at our firm’s Pancake Competition.

Everyone was invited to bring their best pancake creations and compete for the top prize - a bottle of fine wine. With so many great entries, picking a winner was very tough. Each pancake was fluffy, buttery, and golden, showing that our team’s talents go beyond legal expertise.

Tasting and voting led to lots of conversations and laughter, with a wide range of toppings and flavours to try. The event was a great example of the culture in our office, encouraging teamwork, creativity, and connection among our legal team, some of whom are highly skilled pancake makers!

A special congratulations goes to Asya Larin, whose pancakes truly stood out and earned top votes from colleagues across the firm.
