After 25 Years in the hotel industry, I wanted a change becoming a Legal Receptionist. I found I really enjoyed the Residential conveyancing side of Law so decided to become a Conveyancing Assistant after 8 years of Reception.
I enjoy going that extra mile for the client, problem solving and feel I am a good empathiser. I pride myself on meeting the expectations of the Client and have excellent communication skills.
My background is originally in hospitality which has given me an excellent grounding in providing a high standard of service.I have had many opportunities meeting some very well known people from the UK and abroad during my time working in hotels including Politicians, Heads of State and Celebrities.
